退貨(退款)申請條件如下
- 商品均不受理换貨, 符合退貨條件的商品, 官網將在收到商品後為您處理退款。
1) 可以取消訂單的條件如下
- 付款完成24小時後, 訂單狀態仍處於“商品準備中”時 (若訂單狀態為配送準備中時可與賣家確認後進行受理)
- 賣家無任何通知配送日延遲10天以上時。
- 訂購的商品斷貨時。
2) 可以退貨(退款)的條件如下
- 配送的商品有誤時。
